CRISIS RESPONSE

If you find yourself in imminent danger to yourself or others, please reach out to 911, the Crisis Text line at 741741 or The National Suicide Hotline at 988. You can also access RAINN’s Crisis Line (1.800.656.4673) or their online chat feature.

PAYMENT

is due prior to each session. If payment isn’t received, then the session will be cancelled.

COMMUNICATION OUTSIDE OF SESSIONS

Feel free to email me (contact@kelliestricklandcoaching.com) outside of sessions as often as you like. I may not be able to respond to every email, however I will read them before our next session.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION

At Kellie Strickland Coaching, I understand that things come up and there may be times when you need to cancel your scheduled session time. I ask that you cancel your appointment within 12 hours or more of the scheduled session time. Failure to do so may result in a charge of half of the scheduled session fee.

NO SHOW

A mutual commitment to our time together is an important aspect of effective work toward your goals. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in a fee charge of the full-rate of the scheduled session.

ALCOHOL AND DRUGS

To make the most of our time, please do not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during our coaching sessions. If you are struggling with these issues, I welcome diving into these issues during our sessions. If you repeatedly come to a session under the influence but do not tell me, or fail to acknowledge that you are impaired if asked, whether you are, this may result in my ending our coaching relationship.

BRINGING A THIRD PERSON INTO SESSIONS

Our coaching is most effective one on one, if you want to bring someone into a coaching session, please discuss it with me prior. We will need to discuss confidentiality and goals before a third party is brought into a coaching session.
